Our Story
Welcome to Remote Work Agency!
Our comprehensive training programs are a direct pathway to interviewing with employers.
Our employers are global and national organizations that are built on remote work models over many years. These jobs are legitimate – the RWA team and the employers have worked together for more than 10 years. The starting wage is very competitive, with many employers providing benefits and equipment. The jobs are entry level, hourly and full-time with potential for rapid promotions and increased salaries over time. The jobs range from retail, tech support and customer service (front facing and back office) to many more. When you sign-up for our workshops, we ensure there are employers attending the training session to share information about their opportunities and requirements. Many of our workshop participants are invited to interview with employers during our training workshop. We help you complete the online application process to submit your resume to these employers. We also work with you to prepare for the interview and we stay with you as you secure remote employment.
We also understand the unique challenges that organizations are facing, what supervisors and managers encounter when employing remote workers and what is needed to adapt your policies and procedures to incorporate remote employees. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between remote workers and prospective employers, ensuring everyone thrives through remote work.
